For unopened merchandise, our return policy is 30 days. Once the product is received, refunds will be issued.  For defective merchandise that is opened, refunds will be issued upon the receipt of the defective merchandise within 90 days of the purchase.

Unfortunately no. The live online premiere was a limited time event, which has now expired. If you missed the show, we are sorry, but there are no refunds for the online premiere.

No, Climate Hustle 1 and Climate Hustle 2 are two separate films and 2 separate DVD’s.

Most orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days.  International orders may take up to 10 business days to process.

You can pay securely through Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.  We also accept payment by check, although you will need to mail in your confirmation email along with your check and your order will not ship until we have processed your payment.

We do, but we ship from the United States, which make shipping international expensive. We are working on ways to alleviate this cost, but until then, there’s not much we can do. We appreciate your patience as we work to make Climate Hustle 1 and 2 available globally!
